Airline Pilot Pathway
An all‑inclusive training program designed to take you from zero experience to a fully qualified airline pilot.

Duration:
Typically takes 18–24 months to complete
Initial Type Rating Airbus A320
Our Initial Type Rating A320 course is designed to provide pilots with the necessary knowledge and proficiency to handle the Airbus A320.
Objective:
Equip pilots with A320 system knowledge for safe and efficient operation.
Pre-Requisites for Enrollment:
- Licenses & Ratings: Valid CPL and Instrument Rating (IR) with multi-engine privileges.
- Training Requirements: Completed MCC and Jet Orientation Training (acceptable to FlyBest).
- Experience: Or, 200 hours in turboprop/jet multi-crew commercial aircraft.
Minimum Requirements:
- 120 hours of ground training.
- 36 hours in simulator training.
